RESERVATION POLICY

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in: 3:00 PM.
Check-out: 12:00 PM.

Liability for Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furniture, artwork, or appliances and must reimburse the owner for any loss or damage caused.

No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not allowed inside the property.

No Smoking or Drugs:
Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property.

​

No Additional Guests Allowed:
Guests are not permitted to host additional visitors not included in the original booking.

Age Restriction:
Only children aged 16 years or older are allowed to stay on the property.

Personal Safety:
Guests assume full responsibility for their safety while using the property, pool, and ocean. Lifeguards are not available.

Cancellations:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be used within 12 months.
No refunds are available for key dates such as Christmas or New Year's.

Use of Facilities:
Guests must shower before using the pool.
Pool towels are not to be used at the beach.
Loud music is not allowed after 9:00 PM, and external speakers are prohibited.

Events:
Events, parties, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property.
 

Property Conditions:
The property is rented as-is. No refunds or adjustments will be made for interruptions in water or electricity supply.
 

Personal Belongings:
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The property is not liable for loss or damage.
